About the role
A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies. We are looking for amazing Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs).
Responsibilities
- Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care.
- Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Chart and execute plans of care.
- Staff various types of care including assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care.
- On-site training is provided.
Requirements
- Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
- Proof of current immunizations (including current TB test, Hep B).
- Current CPR certification.
- Pass a criminal background check.
