A&P Service Representative
Mission
Support customers in integrating Business aircraft into their operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide strong troubleshooting support to help resolve technical and operational aircraft issues effectively.
Prioritize and escalate technical or operational concerns within both the customer’s organization and Bombardier as required.
Deliver informal training and share technical, operational, and logistical knowledge related to aircraft operation and maintenance.
Keep Bombardier management informed of key operational and maintenance issues affecting customer aircraft.
Identify opportunities to improve customer procedures and overall aircraft operations.
Encourage adoption of recommended actions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Share Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other relevant Bombardier documentation to clarify intent and highlight operational improvements.
Deliver reports in accordance with established schedules and requirements.
Lead or support field teams during modification retrofits, product upgrades, and damage repairs at customer facilities or service centres.
Effectively navigate and utilize internal customer support and in-service processes.
Identify and escalate recurring fleet issues to Technical Services for potential product improvements.
Participate in customer meetings, including fleet reliability and operational reviews.
Travel to service facilities as required to support complex troubleshooting or customer requests.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience.

At least 2 years of experience working on Business aircraft, including:
- Global 5000 / 6000
- Global 7500
- Challenger 300 / 350
- Challenger 605 / 650
- Strong aircraft troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, databases, email, and web-based systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.
- Able to write professional reports and correspondence.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
