Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of common IT troubleshooting techniques

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
