A North Carolina Facility Is Seeking a Locum Tenens Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 22 total encounters per day (2‑3 new patients and 15‑22 follow‑ups)
• Work in an adolescent inpatient unit (ages 12 and up)
• Collaborate with an on‑site internal medicine doctor for medical comorbidities
• Handle general psychiatric diagnosis cases
• Occasionally oversee physical and chemical restraints and seclusion
• Provide vacation coverage as needed

Requirements

• Board certification required
• Minimum 1 year of post‑residency experience
