Responsibilities

• Provide coverage on a pediatric floor with an average census of approximately 1 patient per day.
• Manage the Nursery Level 1, caring for infants 35/36 weeks gestation and up, including ER admissions.
• Handle approximately 500 deliveries per year.
• Perform circumcisions (preferred but not required).
• Attend deliveries (preferred but not required).

Pay

Hourly rate range: $125.00 – $150.00. The shown rates are all‑inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay; actual compensation depends on critical need, experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Schedule

• Shift pattern: 7 on / 7 off with 24‑hour call coverage.
• Leave coverage available, with ongoing potential based on return‑to‑work timeline.
