A Minnesota Facility Is Seeking a Locums Obstetrics Gynecologist

About the role

Hospital setting with academic affiliation. Maternal-fetal medicine specialists on staff. 24/7 anesthesia coverage by MD/DO. Level III NICU. Facility performs approximately 2,000 deliveries per year.

Schedule

• In-house call shifts: mixture of 14.5-hour and 24-hour shifts
• Approximately 10 in-house call shifts covered per month
• 16–20 patients per day in the clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage for 16–20 patients daily in clinic
• Cover in-house call shifts (14.5- and 24-hour shifts, ~10 per month)
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with MFM and anesthesia teams
• Utilize Level III NICU capabilities as needed

Requirements

• Level III NICU skills required
• Experience in high-volume delivery setting (~2,000 deliveries/year)
• Comfortable working in academic hospital environment with MFM and 24/7 MD/DO anesthesia support

Pay

From $150.00 to $225.00 hourly. Ranges shown are estimates and are affected by factors including the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Contact your consultant for details.
