A Facility in WA Is Seeking a Locums Psychiatrist

About the role

Work in an inpatient and outpatient psychiatry setting, seeing 12‑14 patients per day. The assignment includes inpatient unit rounding and admissions, with weekend telehealth available (remote option for Washington residents). Weatherby Healthcare is a charter member of NALTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatry care, including rounding and admissions.
• Manage outpatient psychiatry caseload.
• Complete assignment details and time entry via the online portal.
• Participate in occasional night call and weekend telehealth as needed.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification.

Pay

Competitive compensation ranging from $185.00 to $220.00 per hour (all‑inclusive, combining base pay with potential overtime, call, and holiday pay). Note: the range is an estimate and may vary based on critical need, experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with a 1‑hour lunch; occasional night call.
• 5‑7 inpatient shifts per month.
• 12‑19 outpatient days per month.
• Weekend telehealth available (remote option for WA residents).
