Responsibilities

• Panel of 18+ patients
• Provide comprehensive primary care: new, follow‑up, wellness, and acute visits
• Manage chronic disease and medication
• Deliver preventive care and coordinate with specialists
• No hospital privileges required
• Enter assignment details and time via online portal
