Job Summary

STS Line Maintenance is hiring A&P Mechanics in Denver, Colorado. All candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Summary

STS Line Maintenance is seeking highly motivated Aircraft Maintenance Professionals to support their line maintenance station in Denver, CO. Positions offer a starting pay rate between $34 and $42 depending on experience and training. STS Line Maintenance provides high-quality aircraft maintenance support across a nationwide network.

Job Duties

  • Support daily maintenance needs for customers
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines
  • Maintain quality and integrity of repairs
  • Work closely with field airlines, flight crews, and other Aircraft Maintenance Controllers
  • Perform tasks such as measuring parts for wear and repair/replacement
  • Work outdoors and in inclement weather as needed
  • Work on various commercial and regional aircraft types

Qualifications

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certifications (A&P)
  • No history of infractions on A&P certification
  • Recent A&P experience on turbine-powered aircraft preferred
  • Previous experience on Airbus A320, 737, 757, 767, Embraer 170/190, CRJ 200/700/900 strongly preferred
  • Own set of standard line maintenance tools
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Pass background check and drug/alcohol test
  • Able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic)
  • Versatile and flexible schedule
  • Superior customer focus, communication skills, and work ethic
