A-8/18 - 13264 - Business Analyst

This position is on-site in Phoenix, AZ. Local candidates only; no relocation assistance is available. Candidate must work Arizona time zone business hours. All work must be completed in the United States. Contract duration is 4+ months with the possibility of extension.

Pay

• $45–50/hr W2
• $50–55/hr Corp-to-Corp

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects
• Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others’ ideas and tries new things
• Works within guidelines of established methods; obtains, clarifies, and provides information within established parameters
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details, and extract functional requirements
• Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation
