Responsibilities
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitors’ activities, etc.
- Ensure targets for the defined market are achieved regarding sales turnover, dealer network expansion, customer services, and promotional activities.
- Lead the sales team, provide marketing and sales skills training, field activity guidance, and help them achieve their targets.
- Manage the timely preparation and submission of yearly budgets, forecasts with monthly, pack-wise, and party-wise bifurcation.
- Ensure data collection and analysis of crop acreages, market potential, company market share, and crop calendar for product positioning and segmentation.
- Manage the company’s key dealers, drive growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle customer complaint management and miscellaneous tasks.
