About the role

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead and engage our team in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a passionate community around sports and fashion.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring strategy, onboarding, and team engagement
• Lead training and ongoing development of team members
• Resolve customer issues and drive exceptional customer service
• Manage operations, including scheduling, payroll, and store operations
• Drive product strategy, including merchandising and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Established ability to produce sales results
• Proven supervisory and training skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed
• Proven managerial skills

Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead
• Ability to stand, walk, hear, communicate verbally, and visually observe the store
• Ability to operate computers and mobile POS systems
