About the role

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory, processing shipments, and resetting merchandise to protect company assets.
• Maintain Professionalism: Ensure store cleanliness, maintain proper sales and signage, and adhere to LIDS Retail policies and procedures.
• Support Team: Provide energetic customer service, assist with accurate product counts, and support the team in creating immersive retail experiences.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
