Job Summary

We are seeking PCA's in Burnet, TX and surrounding areas to join our team at various locations including Johnson City, Kingsland, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Lampasas, Llano, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Burnet, Driftwood, Spicewood and more. Special Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to reach clients' homes
• PCA must have a strong work ethics and a can-do attitude

Duties

• Provide companionship to client
• Prepare meals
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Provide transportation (valid driver's license required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees
• Create an environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy and property
• Demonstrate effective time management skills
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations to supervisor
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care
