9 Month Paraprofessional 0.875 FTE

Reports to: Student Services Coordinator | 9-month, full-time position (35 hours per week)

About the Role

The Paraprofessional assists, supports, and works closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members to provide educational assistance to students at Mountain Pointe High School.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One of the following to meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional status:
  • A passing score on an approved paraprofessional test
  • 60 college credit hours on official transcripts
  • Associate’s degree or higher on official transcripts
• Valid CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention certification (if applicable; training provided by the District)

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with students in a high school instructional setting preferred
