Position: 8th Grade Science Teacher, Mt. Pleasant Middle School
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university with a major in education
- Valid Michigan teaching certificate (DX); additional DC/DI/DA endorsement preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with the age level of students for the position
- Physical examination by a licensed physician documenting capability to perform required duties
- Electronic fingerprint clearance from a criminal history record check
- Interest and understanding of student culture and the Mt. Pleasant community
Pay
Compensation is determined according to the negotiated Master Agreement with the Mt. Pleasant Education Association.
