About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee training.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Train and develop employees to meet performance standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
