About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
