Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics.
• Control Expenses: Protect company assets by adhering to LIDS Retail policies, managing store inventory, and accurately counting products.
• Support Store Operations: Maintain a professional appearance, participate in store maintenance, and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands And Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional climbing a ladder.
• Constant standing on shift.
• Frequent walking on shift.
• Frequent hearing and communicating verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel.
• Frequent visual observation of the store and reading written or digital information.
• Frequent operation of a computer and mobile Point-of-Sale system, as well as maneuvering relative software programs.
