About the role

This position requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph. The customer is primarily responsible for providing enterprise‑leading hosting and storage services to customers needing efficient and scalable solutions. The role involves support for hardware maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and operations & maintenance (O&M). Work may be performed independently or within a team environment.

Requirements

• Experience levels (position is Level 2 – Expert):
  • Developmental (0–2 years’ experience)
  • Full Performance (3–5 years’ experience)
  • Senior (6–10 years’ experience)
  • Expert (11–15 years’ experience)
  • SME (16+ years’ experience)
• Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) including zoning and host groups
• Experience with Hitachi Storage
• Experience with Cisco switches
• Experience with Brocade and/or NetApp storage
• Experience with VMWare (desired)
• Experience monitoring, patching, and working with an ISSE to address security concerns
