Job Description

The copywriter position will create high-quality content for various clients. They are responsible for meeting goals to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of their content. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community and tracking that community’s growth, among other duties.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Write clear, actionable copy that is free of redundancies, filler content, and grammatical errors.
• Interpret assignment briefs to understand project requirements.
• Study style guides and approved content to understand the client’s distinct voice.
• Conduct high-quality research and fact-check before submitting.
• Thoroughly edit and proofread all copy before submitting.
• Collaborate with in-house editors and the project manager from article creation to client approval.
• Be open to constructive criticism from the internal team and client.
• Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest search marketing/digital marketing developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a copywriter or in a related role or be studying journalism or English Literature.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Loves social media & passionate about content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Experience with SEO is a plus.
• Able to speak in English is a must.

Easily make between 3M and 10M per month Bonus: Successful candidates will receive a 1M signing bonus if they have managed 10 clients
