About the role

CAE is seeking a Part Time ATP/CTP 737 Sim/Ground School Instructor to join our training department in Eagan, Minnesota.

CAE offers a comprehensive training program to help transform your knowledge and skills as a pilot into a world-class Instructor and subject matter expert ready to lead clients through their training.

Schedule

We ask that you can provide 8 to 10 days of availability per month. You provide us your availability at the end of the prior month, then we will do our best to get you scheduled based on business needs.

Minimum qualifications

  • Must be authorized to live/work in the United States
  • An unrestricted ATP certificate with 737 type rating
  • Minimum of 2 years Part 121 experience
  • Basic computer proficiency—Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
  • Must be able and willing to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous simulator instructor experience
  • Previous aviation training, coaching, or instructional experience
  • Experience delivering instruction in a customer-focused training environment
  • Experience adapting learning approaches to meet individual trainee needs
