About the role

Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry is seeking dedicated customer service team members. Founded over 50 years ago, we handcraft high-quality kitchen and bath custom cabinetry through a network of 250+ retail dealers.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD drafting, woodworking, and CNC equipment. Strong math and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and reliability are essential. This role requires excellent communication and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - High School Diploma or equivalent - Some technical training or education related to engineering

Beneficial Skills/Background

- Experience in Custom Cabinetry, Construction, or a related field - Knowledge of modeling software like CAD, 20/20, or SolidWorks

Typical Work Week

- 4 ½ days per week (7:00am-4:30pm M-Th & 8:00am-noon F)
