Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with energy and purpose
- Recommend products based on real needs, not scripts
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store
- Manage inventory tasks like receiving, cycle counts, and transfers
- Solve problems calmly and escalate when needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet
