As a Brewista, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable beverage moments by expertly preparing, serving, and sharing your love for coffee and energy drinks. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and energy drinks beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each cup meets high-quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of brewing equipment, counters, and service areas to uphold health and safety standards
• Engage actively with customers to build rapport, gather feedback, and promote new products or seasonal offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements

• Passion for coffee, energy, and beverage craftsmanship with a desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Strong communication skills to educate customers effectively and work seamlessly within a team
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills that create an inviting experience for all visitors
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for the craft is essential
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
