About the role

This role is responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring all drivers are fully trained and certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of drivers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained to company standards.
• Oversee safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding vehicle services.
• Develop and implement training programs for new drivers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• At least 3 years of experience in fleet management or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with fleet management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
