About the role

Lids Sports Group is a leading licensed sports retailer in North America, operating over 1,300 stores nationwide. Our mission is to bring sports, fashion, and culture together in exciting ways. We are looking for enthusiastic retail salespeople to join our team.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics, and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory, processing shipments, and resetting merchandise, ensuring compliance with LIDS Retail policies.
  • Support and Adhere to Policies: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines, providing a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned, contributing to a positive and engaging retail environment.

Physical Demands And Requirements

  • Ability to Lift: Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical Activities: Occasionally climb a ladder, work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, walk, hear, communicate verbally, visually observe the store, read written or digital information, operate computers, and use Point-of-Sale systems.
