About the role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
