About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Train and manage a team of associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
