Position Summary
Retail salespeople at Lids are the heart of our brand. They are dedicated to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by serving both loyal and occasional customers. Their role involves finding and selecting products that resonate with individual customers' styles and team pride, ensuring each customer has an exceptional Lids experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue
- Meet or exceed company goals in individual statistics.
- Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
- Control Expenses
- Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
- Aid in accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
- Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Job Required Knowledge And Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Physical Demands and Requirements
