About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, recommending additional and complimentary products, informing customers of current promotions and events, setting up advertising displays, arranging merchandise, and ensuring customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products

• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Ability to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
