About the role

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, focusing on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This role requires a combination of knowledge and training, with Cosmoprof providing extensive support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
