$650k+ Compensation Package - Anesthesiologist with Mercy Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO
Mercy Hospital Southeast is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team in Cape Girardeau, MO. Our Anesthesia team consists of 5 physicians and 20 CRNAs, plus an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
About the Role
- Diverse set of cases: Ortho (with blocks), Labor and Delivery, Low Volume Healthy Peds (ENT), Spines, Rare Heads, Basic Hearts/CT, Cath Lab, Gyn, Urology, and other ancillary services.
- 3 Cardiac ORs and 1 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiologist with Cardiac CRNAs 24/7.
- Mercy Southeast Anesthesia Call rotation 1:5.
- Medical direction with max 1:4.
- No second call duties. Overnight call from home.
- Work exclusively at one hospital.
- No trauma call. CRNA takes all intubations and epidurals. Physician called in for OR cases and C-sections.
- Great work-life balance with excellent relationships between CRNAs and Physicians.
Pay
- 2-year guarantee of $600k plus recruitment incentives and relocation package.
- Additional call pay.
