About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
  • Manage and train store staff to meet performance goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to all store policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store meetings to discuss operational strategies and team development.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
