About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff schedules and performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and appearance are maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate in inventory management and assist in maintaining stock levels.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
