About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure store cleanliness and appearance are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in inventory management and assist in maintaining stock levels.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
