About the role

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed company goals in individual statistics.
- Engage in Store Maintenance: Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the store is clean and properly presented according to current visual guidelines.
- Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise. Accurately count products in a timely manner.
- Support Policies: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pay Transparency Statement: The hourly range for this position represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience, among other factors.
