About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage and train staff to meet store goals and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform stock take and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
Skills

- Organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
