About the role
Flossmoor SD 161 is seeking a positive, energetic individual to join their team. Successful candidates will create a classroom environment conducive to young learners, work collaboratively with a team to individualize student instruction, prepare and deliver effective lessons, and be flexible and adaptable to change. They are also expected to analyze data to guide instruction.

Requirements
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to plan and deliver rigorous lessons

Qualifications
- Valid Illinois teaching certificate
- Knowledge of the core curriculum
- Experience with additional subjects like Art, Music, Physical Education, and STEAM
Skills
