About the role
We seek a passionate and dedicated 5th Grade and Junior High Teacher to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the academic, social, and emotional needs of students while integrating the Magisterial teaching and traditions of the Catholic Church. This role is ideal for a dynamic Catholic educator who seeks to work with like-minded faculty and families in a Christ-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and submit lesson plans with clear objectives based on the school curriculum.
- Deliver engaging lectures and assign and grade projects.
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate updates to parents.
- Develop teaching strategies to address individual student needs.
- Foster a Christ-centered learning environment that encourages spiritual growth.
- Participate in religious ceremonies, training sessions, and reflection activities to grow in ministry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required).
- Qualified to teach 5th grade.
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Drive (a plus).

Schedule
