About the role

We are looking for Home Health Aides (HHAs) to work in San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Luling, Lockhart, Wimberley, Woodcreek, Driftwood, Fentress, and surrounding areas. Join a healthy and happy environment and start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and other employees.
• Create an environment that respects patient privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services to demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at a client’s home.
