About the role
Lids Sports Group is the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, operating over 1,300 stores nationwide. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team to foster the passion for sporting and fashion goods, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and that all aspects of the store run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage hiring strategy, onboarding, and team engagement.
Lead training and address employee concerns.
Ensure compliance with scheduling and payroll processes.
Execute operations-focused directives and promotions.
Manage product strategy, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Drive sales and customer service.
Requirements
Established ability to produce sales results.
Proven supervisory and training skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Managerial skills.
Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders and work with hands overhead.
Ability to stand, walk, hear, communicate verbally, and read/write.
Ability to operate computers and mobile POS systems.
Knowledge of vendor-specific regulations and product handling.

Pay
The hourly range for this position represents base pay only. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, scheduled hours, and experience. A monthly store performance bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
Schedule
Hours are flexible and based on business needs, requiring an excellent attendance record and the ability to work varying days and hours.
