About the role
Lids Sports Group is a leading licensed sports retailer in North America, operating over 1,300 stores. Our mission is to bring sports, fashion, and culture together in exciting ways. We seek retail salespeople who can engage customers and foster a passion for sporting and fashion goods.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding company goals in individual statistics, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory, processing shipments, and resetting merchandise, ensuring compliance with LIDS Retail policies.
- Support Operations: Assist with accurate product counts and support adherence to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands And Requirements
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
- Constantly stand on shift.
- Frequently walk on shift.
- Frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel.
- Frequently visually observe the store and read written or digital information.
- Frequently operate a computer and mobile Point-of-Sale system, as well as maneuver relative software programs.
