We need to output only HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job posting. Brief Description Assistant Store Manager About Our Company ... etc. We need to extract sections: About the role (General Position Summary), Responsibilities (Principle Duties & Responsibilities broken into subcategories: People & Training, Customer Experience, Operations, Product & Inventory Management), Requirements (Job Required Knowledge & Skills), Qualifications (maybe not explicit), Skills (maybe same as required knowledge & skills), Benefits (What We Offer), Physical Demands & Requirements (maybe part of Requirements?), Reports To (Store Manager) maybe minor metadata. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Equal Employment Opportunity, Notice to Applicants, Need Accessibility Assistance, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits: "What We Offer" includes employee discounts and perks, career development opportunities, collaborative environment, Early Wage Access options. That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule section. Qualifications: Not explicit separate from Requirements? The posting includes "Job Required Knowledge & Skills" which is like requirements/skills. Also "Physical Demands & Requirements". Also "Reports To Store Manager" and "Additional Information Employment Requirements". Could treat "Requirements" as combining knowledge/skills and physical demands. Or separate sections: Requirements (knowledge/skills), Physical Demands (maybe part of Requirements). But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section covering knowledge/skills and physical demands. We also have "About the role" from General Position Summary. We have "Responsibilities" from Principle Duties & Responsibilities. We have "Benefits" from What We Offer. We have "Reports To" maybe minor metadata; we could fold into a short

at end or drop? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Reports To is minor metadata; we could include in a

at bottom. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company description (About Our Company) maybe as part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe includes company overview and position summary). We should not repeat the job title as heading. Thus sections: -

    About the role

: include company description and General Position Summary. -

    Responsibilities

: include People & Training, Customer Experience, Operations, Product & Inventory Management. Could be a list with subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; subheadings not specified. Could embed as

with bold? But we should preserve content. Could use

    • for each duty. Could group by category inside
    • with semicolons. Simpler: produce a flat list of duties as bullet points, preserving the substance. Might be long but okay. -

      Requirements

: include Job Required Knowledge & Skills and Physical Demands & Requirements. Could be bullet list. -

      Benefits

: include What We Offer bullet list. - Possibly

      Reports To

? But that's minor metadata; we could fold into a short

after sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Let's extract substantive content. Company description: "At Lids Sports Group, we don’t just sell hats — we fuel fandom.
