Practice Overview

Join a collaborative oncology team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Work alongside radiation oncology, infusion services, and oncology nursing staff.

Full-time APP support to assist with patient care and clinic flow.

On-site infusion center with experienced oncology nurses.

Participation in tumor board discussions and care coordination.

Established referral network throughout Western Kentucky and Northern Tennessee.

Epic EMR system for seamless care coordination.

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.

Collaborate with radiation oncology and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary care.

Participate in tumor board discussions and care coordination.

Provide patient education and compassionate guidance through treatment.

Typical Weekly Expectations

Mix of new consultations, follow-ups, and treatment management.

Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards.

Balanced clinic schedule with support staff assisting patient management.

Schedule & Call

Predictable weekday schedule.

Shared call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Guaranteed Base Salary: $550,000+ (based on experience).

Productivity-based bonus opportunity.

Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with 5-year contract or $75,000 with 3-year contract.

Student Loan Assistance: $75,000.

Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months.
