Job Summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a Caregiver Lead to provide in-home care services in Madison and surrounding areas. The position involves going where needed throughout the day, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility. Home health experience is required, while recruiting and office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services as needed
• Perform administrative tasks when not providing direct care
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility
• Engage in social activities and make residents feel comfortable

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• Own reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old
• No felonies

Qualifications

• Experience caring for family members or being a full-time parent
• Certifications such as Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or Personal Care Aid are preferred but not required
