Core Responsibilities
- Required to attend 70% of all home games (pre-season, regular season and playoffs) at the facility, assisting with the team's charities 50/50 raffle program.
- Must arrive at least 45 minutes prior to arena doors opening.
- Expected to wear their uniform when working (jacket/uniform shirt and black pants), an apron and device will be provided at every game. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
- Should have knowledge of team charities and the organizations that are supported.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
