Critical skills and experience required for the 5-man distribution crew:
- Proven experience with reconduct work on the Encore system
- Familiarity with the Encore system
- Immediate availability
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Overhead construction tasks
- Installation of transformers
- Installation of capacitor banks
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of overhead construction experience
- CDL license
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Must have CDL
- Must know how to install transformers
- Must know how to install capacitor banks
