Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of school nutrition programs
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with local schools and vendors to improve service quality
• Develop and implement strategies to increase participation in school meal programs
• Manage inventory and budgeting for food supplies
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school nutrition management
• Knowledge of federal and state nutrition guidelines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with food safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
