About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for spacecraft and ground systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to electrical engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet deadlines.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support proposal preparation and contract management processes.
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and participate in testing and validation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with low voltage and medium voltage electrical systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Passion for space exploration and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security systems.
  • Experience with GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) systems.
  • Understanding of spacecraft program management processes.

  • Experience with flight software development and telemetry systems.
