• Teach subjects such as technology, Spanish, art, music, health, drama/theater, P.E., STEM, Title 1 reading, world language, math, social studies, science, and more.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with state standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Maintain classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay updated on educational trends and best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in Ohio.
• Experience teaching in a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
